I had an exteremely frustrating closing with Ms. Vereckey. She did not understand basic closing matters regarding joint ownership. When I tried to duss this with her she became argumentative and defensive. Due to her defensive position it took a great deal of effort and time to finalize my closing. The experience with her was extremely upsetting and unnecessary had she listened to reason.

Paralegals do her work with little or no supervison by Ms. Vereckey. I had to hire a second lawyer to correct the closing done by Ms. Vereckey's firm. It took 5 months to correct her errors. She was unprofessional and refused to cooperate with my second attorney until the NC Bar was contacted. after contacting the Bar she became willing to correct her mistakes.

Ms. Vereckey hung up on me when I called her to explain an error on her closing documents. Her firm is basically a "paper mill". She tries to handle so many closings that she allows her paralegals to do all of her work. She provides little or no supervision to her staff. An error she made cost me over $4000 to correct.

When I purchased a home in Waxhaw NC the realtor suggested using Michelle Verecky for closing. I am very pleased that we did. The whole experience was smooth and easy. She did a great job and her staff was responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. I have recently contacted her for assistnace in a different matter. Highly regarded by my wife and I.

I have used this firm for counsel across a spectrum of services including a real estate closings, my personal trust, an easement dispute, and business contracts. The professionalism and responsiveness of the staff is exceptional. All of the people at this office are friendly and helpful. I have never failed to reach Ms. Vereckey - she even provided me with her mobile number. The advice I have received has been exactly what I needed and in many cases more than I expected. Ms. Vereckey is adept at translating complex legal issues into a framework a non-lawyer can understand.

This attorney is extremely unprofessional. When I tried to speak with Michelle Vereckey regarding a concern she was very rude. The firm did not inform me of a closing issue they had knowledge of a month prior to closing and I only found about the problem when I called the night before I was set to close. I would not recommend this firm to anyone and the agent I worked with also stated the firm was not helpful and would never be recommended again.

Michelle and her staff members Jill and Grace were very helpful at my closing. We had three closings that all had to happen for everyone to be able to move in. They made it effortless and took all the stress away from my closing. I would highly recommend this firm.

My closing could only happen if two other closings also happened. I can't tell you how nervous our whole family was. But, Michelle and her staff were great. They explained every step of the transaction. We all moved in the day we planned without having to worry about our closing. I highly recommend her services.

We had an extremely poor experience with Vereckey PLLC on a land purchase. My prior review with details generated a legal response from Vereckey PLLC resulting in this amended version. We would have pursued a Better Business Bureau complaint against Vereckey PLLC to recover the disputed monetary amount, however; BBB does not handle claims about the quality of legal services. I will never utilize the services of Vereckey PLLC again.

Highly unprofessional, appointment times not kept, work not finished when promised, rude when questioned about issues. I don’t ever write reviews but her service was so bad I felt compelled. You have plenty of other options when it comes to legal service providers; my strongest recommendation is that you find one.
