I was referred to this firm from my cousin as they handled his driving case very well. When we had called to have them take this case for me and get it settled, they were extremely nice on the phone along with explained the process very clearly. Starting the process was so easy they sent an email with all details on how the process of court would go and the time it would take along with an extremely reasonable price and time frame to pay them for the case once it was settled. Zachary was able to get my case reduced and not have any points on my license or insurance which was great! The front desk/ office is clean and inviting, staff handled everything with such professionalism along with being very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to use the firm of Zachary A. I was arrested for a DUI & Speeding, and because of Zach Cohen’s hard work, knowledge of the law and his patience with the court system (it took 2 1/2 years to finally come to trial) I was found not guilty on both counts. Unfortunately I have needed the services of Mr. Cohen to represent me for a couple speeding tickets the past 10 years. The most recent one I KNEW there was NO way I was going as fast as the Officer said I was in Weddington. For some reason a WAXHAW Police Officer was there. After some amazing negotiating, Mr. Cohen was able to get me the best possible outcome next to a complete dismissal of all charges. It is called Improper Equipment. The County and Courts still get their money, and of course Mr. Cohen gets his representation fees, but NO Insurance points and NO Driver License points!!! Plus I didn't have to take time off work or show up for Court. Mr. Cohen took care of EVERYTHING. I have been in North Carolina almost my entire 50+ years, other than a year in Daytona Beach in 1986 and when I was serving with the US Army in the 101st Airborne. I can state with ABSOLUTE certainty that Mr. Cohen is the BEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY in Metro Charlotte!!! Especially Union County where knowing the D.A. and the Judges is very important. His staff, especially Alison C, is AMAZING, VERY quick to help, and resolve any questions or concerns. I couldn't be happier. Hope I never need Mr. Cohen's services again.
