It is difficult for me to properly express my complete satisfaction i have with the representation my son received from Attorney Zachary Cohen and his entire staff. My 18 year old son caused a crash at an intersection in Indian Trail. It was his fault and he has been disciplined by his mother and I. However, the nature of his citation would have severely hindered his future driving and career choices so I knew he needed help. I called the Zachary Cohen's office and from that initial call, I knew everything was going to be alright. His office staff was exceptional. They responded immediately to my calls, answered all of my questions in caring manner and overall acted like my son mattered to them. My son attends college 2 hours away from home and received his first ticket in Union County. He as well as my husband and myself were quite upset! But I called Mr Cohens office and spoke with Alison who explained everything and made us all feel a lot better about the situation, we didn’t have to miss work or school or travel to Union Co. I had missed a court date 7 years ago and ended up with my license suspended and a failure to appear charge against me. After 7 years I contacted Mr. Cohen and within 2 days my failure to appear was stricken, and my charge was disposed 100%, and owed no court cost. I went to the clerk of court, had them pull the ticket reciept and faxed it to the dmv, and now my driving privilege is restored. I never had to go to their office, just email and a phone call was all it took. Thank you so much Mr. Cohen. I am driving again. If i ever need help I will definitely be back.

Zach is simply a Legend when it comes to legal issues , got my fleeing to elude charge dismissed in Supreme Court and a couple other a1 misdemeanors dismissed on 03/07/2019. Would recommend him to anybody ! Amazing ,professional lawyer!

Zachary Cohen's office was very accommodating. I called them in the morning and he was able to see me in the afternoon before he had to go back to court. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He told me things that another attorney failed to mention. I would highly recommend. And if I ever have to use a lawyer again, I will definitely be using him. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Oh and he managed to get the case dismissed.
