Mr. Witt was very prompt getting back to me. I was so impressed. We had some miscommunication about handling my son's ticket and pretty much waited until the last minute. Mr. Witt emailed me back at 8:30 at night in response to my question. He spoke with my husband on the phone and made him feel very comfortable. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I had contacted Jason a few years ago not really knowing if I had made the right choice. Not knowing any attorneys nearby I had been searching the internet for an attorney that could help me with my divorce. I can now say that I definitely made the right decision. Jason has been great to work with and was very flexible in meeting my schedule. We met in person when needed or exchanged emails or telephone calls when a meeting was not necessary. Jason offered very good advise and also anticipated the actions of the opposing attorney to help reach a satisfactory agreement in the end. Jason even advised me of a court date that I didn't even know I had because I was never notified by the courts. Jason helped me a great deal working my way through a difficult time in my life and I would highly recommend Jason to anyone seeking legal counsel.

I seldom do reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case because of the excellent experience I had with Jason Witt. Jason gave me a fair assessment of my case, good and bad, and was extremely cost conscious, making sure I understood what my chances were and the kind of money it might take if my case went to trial. He did a great job of communication and was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and phone calls. In the end he came up with a great solution to my lawsuit, one that saved me thousands in legal expenses and probably took some money out of his pocket. But that's just the kind of attorney he is and the reason I have already recommended him to others and felt compelled to do this review. I don't think you can find better representation.

Accidentally received a pretty hefty speeding ticket in Monroe the other week. I did a lot of research prior to calling up Mr. Smith. His services were very affordable and definitely worth it! He was able to get my ticket reduced to where it would reflect 0 points on my license which prevents my insurance from going up (in this case, had I just paid in the fine my insurance would have went up by 45% for 2-3 years!) I'm very glad that I made the decision to hire Mr. Smith his work paid for itself! Side note about the offices who send out a ton of letters when you get a speeding ticket. They make money based on volume... Trust me you won't be disappointed with Mr. Smith.

Great experience, yet again, in retaining Jason Witt to handle a traffic violation. I appreciated his timely responses and ability to answer all of my questions.

Jason Witt helped me out tremendously two times. Once when getting a speeding ticket in 2010, and also getting a speeding ticket recently. Both times he was able to speak with the DA and get the violation reduced to 5 over the speed limit, which was able to eliminate the increase in insurance premiums. His fees are very reasonable for the amount of money that I saved in the long run. Also Jason is courteous, and very helpful. He was willing to answer any questions about the violations, and he did everything he could to get the violations reduced!
