He was straight up front honest and quick to get back hands down my recommendations

Attorney Witt represented me in Union County, NC traffic court and was very clear from the beginning about my expectations. He didn't give me false hope. However, his legal work was such that he not only managed to get my driver's license restored, and of three charges that were brought against me, he managed to get the court to withdraw two of them and the third was negotiated very much in my favor. Attorney Jason Witt's professional performance was more than excellent. I 💯% recommend him.

I called to see if I can get a consultation on a case and I told the representative that the case is in New York so she transfers me to the lawyer and then the lawyer tells me he’s not licensed in New York and then hangs up on me, Wonderful people it seems like, If I can give zero stars, I would because that was just ignorant and rude

I highly recommend the Swain Law PC! I was recently charged with a traffic violation in Stanley County. I reside and work in Mecklenburg County so I called my local attorney seeking representation. After being informed that they were not licensed to practice in Stanley County I was referred to Kenneth Swain. His office is in Union County but he also works several of the surrounding counties including Stanley. During my initial consultation Mr. Swain gave me a clear, honest assessment of the probable best and worst case outcomes. He took the time to answer any questions I had and quoted me a very fair price to represent me. I immediately knew that I was in good hands. Throughout the process Mr. Swain and his assistant Nichole were always available to promptly answer any questions or concerns that I had. Mr. Swain was able to handle several court appearances without my presence which kept me from missing work. This was hugely important since I live more than an hour away from the court house in Albemarle. After a thorough review of the evidence Mr. Swain recommended a bench trial with a plea of not guilty. On the day of trial he again went over the possible outcomes and made sure that I knew my rights. During the trial Mr. Swain was able to achieve the greatest possible outcome for me, with the end result being that the most serious charge was ultimately dismissed. I will be forever grateful for my experience with Swain Law. The BEST!
