This is the absolute best law firm in three counties. We had an extremely difficult encroachment dispute and our lawyer, Consuela Simmons SHINED. Professional, articulate, extremely responsive and very aggressive. It was resolved in our favor thanks to her efforts. We were so pleased, we will be using her as our real estate attorney moving forward. I just can't say enough about her and the law firm.

Thank you for working with us on this difficult and challenging Estate, or I should say two Estates! I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders after we hired Homesley & Wingo Law Group. Just a note: They were more expensive but you get what you pay for. We had already spent a whole year with another attorney and she had failed to follow up, be responsive and do her job in a timely manner. Cliff Homesley and his team were always very helpful, and timely in their responses to your questions or concerns. You and your team made me feel at ease. I finally felt like I had someone supporting me in executing not one but two Estates. Tania, their paralegal did an outstanding job! She helped me understand the ends and outs of an Estate. She was instrumental in helping me follow up on a lot of accounts to get answers and final closure. Tania and I worked together on the annual accountings and tax filings. We compared our spreadsheets and documentation to make sure everything was covered and being accounted for. She even helped me through my moments of panic when I had to file taxes and annual accountings! I could have not pulled that all together without her help! Also thanks to Corriher & Michael, PLLC for preparing the taxes for the Estate. I had never done Estate taxes before and they walked me through the process. They were great and also easy to work with. I am so grateful for all your help though a difficult time.

Terrible consultation. Cam even had the nerve to tell me I was getting off cheap with the 175hr fee. He charges 350hr. Told me he wasn't sure of my financial situation. Avoid please.

There are several reviews on here similar to mine, but if you want to pursue a family court case, don't even bother. While I knew our case was a risk as it was, I strongly feel like we were led to "take the chance" because it would line the pockets for Homesley and Wingo. Knowing the law, the statutes, and how difficult it is to make ANY custodial changes, we should have just been told that it was going to be too big of a risk to take. The information that I gained WHILE SITTING IN COURT AND TESTIFYING would have been extremely beneficial beforehand, as I figured out myself in the middle of our case that we did not have an actual case, and that we were out THOUSANDS. The public defender was 10000 times more knowledgable.

Homesley Wingo Law Group were instrumental in helping me as executor of my mother's estate. It was a longer period of time to complete the probation, but through it all Mr. Homesley and his paralegal, Tania, worked to deliver any and all advice and assistance I needed. I would recommend this law group to anyone needing legal advice. I appreciate and respect the time and work they did to help me navigate the executorship.
