Franklin Mock and his team were fantastic when dealing with my case. For nearly a year and a half they worked very patiently with me to ensure my case was handled fairly and completely. I had a lot of intricate details that had to be handled and they didn't skip a beat. I am so very thankful to have had a wonderful lawyer in Franklin. Miss Rebecca, his paralegal, went above and beyond for me and my children. I am so very thankful for all of the hard work she did to ensure the safety of my children and myself. Franklin Mock is an excellent lawyer I walked into his office one day looking for advice. Franklin listened to everything I had to say about my situation. When I finished, the first thing he said was he wanted to tell me all my possible options and the laws so that I could make an informed decision. I hired him that day. During the entire process, Franklin stayed consistent- he would explain what was going on during in each stage, what the laws were that applied, explained all my options, gave me his advice on what he thought would be my best option, then made it very clear the final decisions were mine and he would honor any option I choose. I could tell in the way talked and in his advice that he genuinely wanted what was best for my child. Franklin is professional, intelligent, caring, and passionate. I would recommend Mock for ANYTHING that you need a lawyer for, He will battle until you get what you came for and even more. He’s VERY great with his job! I had a child custody case, long story short the father took our child and refused to give him back and my only choice was to feet a lawyer, mock listened to my wants and needs and fulfilled EVERY bit! Franklin and his paralegal Rebecca were and still are amazing. I contacted them in 2015 to help me with my custody case. Franklin just has a way of calming a person down and helped me feel that it will all be ok. Rebecca was just as great. She will personally take your call 99% of the time and she makes you feel like you are talking to your best friend. When my emotions ran high she calmed me down and explained things to me in a way that made sense. I knew I could trust Franklin and Rebecca with my life and ultimately my sons life and I knew that they were fighting for us as if we were part of their own families. Now 3 years later after all is said and done I could still call them and they will offer advice and guidance. They were gifts from God when I was going through the worst time of my life and I am grateful for them. Both Franklin and Rebecca always explained the processes and happenings to me and what I could expect, they never candy coat things.

Mr. Mock was outclassed and not organized compared to my husband's attorney for our mediation. My husband's attorney had stacks of information, compiled spreadsheets, etc. Mr. Mock didn't have anything and used the other attorney's information during the mediation to negotiate with. He was simply not prepared which led me to believe that he wasn't invested in my best interest at all. In hindsight I would of hired an attorney who specializes in divorce and family law like my husband did rather than a jack of all trades type.

My husband and I contracted with Mr. Mock when seeking custody of our granddaughter. When we first spoke with him, we thought it would be a straight-forward easy case. It definitely did not end up being as easy as all thought it would. Mr. Mock kept us very well informed every step of the way. One of the aspects that I completely appreciated was that he, himself, telephoned to let me know where everything stood. Not only is Franklin Mock very professional, but he is also quite personable. He truly showed that his concern was for the well being of our granddaughter. He made this experience much less stressful than it might have been. We honestly enjoyed working with him and his staff and thank him deeply for his help.
