Ronnie and staff were exceptional in both communication and execution. From the first interaction with Cheryl to meeting Ronnie and Ben I felt completely confident that there would be no problem handling a difficult situation with immediate action and understanding. Ronnie Crisco put my mean-spirited, dishonest and kooky client in her place who defamed me on the internet. His letter to her was perfect, and she then removed the egregious review before I had to take her to court. Mr. Crisco is an awesome attorney whom I want to express my gratitude to for doing an excellent job!

Staff is very professional. They always call to remind you of any up coming court dates and offer an update on your case. Mr. Smith was fantastic is the court room. Very professional and willing to help in any way he could. They also did a very good job at explaining everything in detail. If I ever need a lawyer again I know exactly where to go.

Update on 3/22/2018: I have been actively engaged with the Arnold and Smith team in the many months since my first review of the Lake Norman office; have been with A&S for many years prior to the LKN office opening. Since my first review of the Lake Norman office I had written, I had the pleasure of working with Ronnie Crisco in great depth now, A&S partner, whom works out of Lake Norman. I can see exactly why he is a partner and a perfect fit for the A&S team. He clearly navigated me of our strategy in a very cloudy case due to multiple frivolous or outright false claims in motions/contempts filed by my daughter's mother. He works diligently with the court system, judges, and other lawyers in Iredell County to reach the exact outcomes we were looking for while being responsive, efficient, and extremely knowledgable on possible scenarios. In the court room, he is clearly respected by Iredell judges, aggressive, and talented. I have had to sit through hours in that courtroom watching other cases without any phone, and he stands out above the rest. If you are looking for the best talent in LKN area for child custody battles, and I'm sure any of his fields of expertise, you should retain Ronnie before you risk going up against him. I have been working with them for years and driving from Mooresville to Uptown so I can be represented by the best so it was great to hear they now have an office in the Lake Norman area. They represented me in a highly contentious emergency/child custody case and were able to secure the results I was looking for. Matt is well known throughout the area, tough in the court room, and also has a direct way of working with you to not allow you to get sidetracked with emotions, and focus on the task at hand. I highly recommend them to anyone fighting for their children, going through a tough separation, and wants to bring the best team to the courtroom. I have also used their firm to write my will.
