Our firm contacted Mr. Donaldson's office regarding business litigation in North Carolina. Over a three week period we conversed with and forwarded document copies and information thru Mr. Donaldson's legal secretary. After about three weeks we received an email out of nowhere that Mr. Donaldson was "too busy" to handle our case.
I sure wish they were upfront with us and told us on day one and we could have retained a firm that handled their clients in a more professional manner.
