I retained Ms Werts for domestic issues concerning child visitation and custody. She's extremely inexperienced and possesses zero strategic skills or thinking. She is however very good at writing pointless letters to opposing attorneys and making clerical phone calls which serve to drive revenue for her firm while also not moving your case forward in the slightest. Due to my inexperience in the legal realm I trusted her for far too long (years). Don't make the same mistake. Once I terminated the representation agreement with her and hired a new attorney from a much better firm, my matter was resolved in 6 weeks. Move along!
