As a Realtor in this area, they serve both buyers and sellers incredibly well, and their communication and willingness to help and problem-solve is more than welcomed. Very friendly staff and on top of the work

Used them 2 years ago for a land purchase and then attempted to use them again to sell that same land. Neither of which were particularly good experiences. Poor communication that was not timely. Short replies provided by staff that were uncourteous. Had an issue with an old contract but they would not give me an answer on what the old buyer/real estate agent wished to do after days of waiting. Simply told - you need to handle this- you need to get your answers from the old buyer. Pretty difficult when that person wont return any of my correspondence but is communicating with the firm. Having to hire another lawyer and will likely lose my buyers.

I'm a realtor in the Kannapolis area but had the pleasure of closing on a property with Erin on Friday for a home in Denver. I cannot say enough great things about our closing experience. Behind the scenes, Melissa was so easy to contact with information pertaining to closing day. On closing day we were welcomed by the smiling front desk team. Erin walked my clients through all paperwork in an easy to understand manor. My clients were a rowdy bunch but Erin handled them very well. I hope to bring more clients to them in the future!!

My second closing here & these attorneys, humidor or associate or not… they are too notch here. They always answer the phone & provide immediate service. Can’t tell you how impressed I am.

Highly professional and detailed oriented firm. Have been working with them for past 4 years for my closing services of real estate. Mr. Webber have always been nice and jolly with my kid while explaining paper docs and Tiffany was great this year during refinance process.
