Best real estate attorney around

I cannot say enough about Tiffany Bolling my attorney who literally faught City Hall for me and won! After fighting for so long by myself and every attorney reccomended to me turned me down, she stepped up when she came across a very public plea for help on Social Media to get the money and services my son was entitled to for his special needs when I adopted him from foster care. From the day she contacted me I never had to take on another fight alone. She handled DCS and DHHS, and The State of NC with ease. She never once backed down in proving that they did wrong by my son and my family. I cannot imagine getting to this place where real help for my son can be afforded and he might now be able to live a happy and healthy life. We owe it ALL to her.

They kept putting misspelled names and combining names on our paperwork for a closing.

The office is friendly and very professional you need something done they'll do it for you. Without any hassles. The price is reasonable.

Maren was highly recommended to me by a friend who also went through a divorce, and I couldn't have been happier that I hired her. In my first meeting she listened to my "story" and needs as it pertained to my custody arrangement and future financial predicament. She thoroughly explained the legal process and answered the MANY questions I had throughout this process. She drew up the original separation agreement papers and handled all communications with the opposing attorney in a timely manor, and I was never left wondering where I stood in my case. From beginning to end, Maren championed my cause with every conflict that arose and was my voice of reason when my emotions were getting the best of me. When it came time to signing papers, Maren thought of every scenario possible and reworded the documents to make sure there were no discrepancies. She knows her stuff! Divorce is something I wouldn't wish on anyone, but if you're going to have to do it... you want Maren representing you!

I was incredibly blessed to have Maren as my attorney over the last few years dealing with an extremely contentious and drawn out custody and child support case. My Ex Husband and I had a pretty straight forward custody agreement in place and I had already relocated out of state years prior. I was 3000 miles away in a different state and bombarded with an onslaught of attorney letters and emails from my Ex threatening to file for everything from switching holiday schedule and child support (which he paid none) to full custody. Maren was able to step in and cut through all the threats and paperwork, she was able to tell me realistically what was a possibility and needed to be dealt with and what was just nonsense and tactics. She was honest and practical and didn't play games or "negotiate". She realized that this was about a child and what was best for the child and she didn't let my emotions or the ridiculous demands from the other side distract her. She is remarkably knowledgeable and incredibly prepared. Her no nonsense attitude was refreshing and she saved me thousands of dollars even having to fly to North Carolina for the court date. She made sure my daughter was the first and only issue that day and never stooped to the level of the other side or wavered in her advocacy for my child. I am truly thankful that I was able to have Ms. Werts represent me and my child. I am so grateful for her knowledge, guidance and support and have the highest regard and respect for her and her practice.
