David was very helpful through out the whole divorce process. He represented my case for a little over two years and stayed on top of it. He was always there when I called and answered all and any questions I had for him. I highly recommend David he is very professional and works hard for his client.

Mr. Ball is a determine and patient lawyer that stayed in contact with his clients by email and phone because we live outer town and the case was in NC, when we needed to reach him by phone or email he answer . Things was handled without us leaving town to meet up with him. Awesome Lawyer!!

Mr Ball handled a separation and property settlement claim for myself. His attentiveness and compassion for what I was facing was impeccable. David helped me with a “pre-nup” agreement. Obviously I hope to never need it; however, I feel protected if I do. We even put some additional and personal clauses in it - like an infidelity clause. I believe it is important to have someone that can help you navigate awkward conversations such as this prior to even getting married... so I know he could handle even tougher conversations post marriage, divorce or other family situation.

Mr. Ball handled a child support case of ours and we were so thankful for all of his hard work and dedication for this case. It was a difficult and long one and when it came time for trial, he was extremely organized and provided excellent documentation. Any time we had a question, he was very responsive and always made sure we knew what was going on along the way. For being out of state and having to hire a lawyer you've never met until years into the case, we were very pleased with Mr. Ball and would highly recommend him.
