Very rude and unprofessional during the closing process. Once closed, they sent me paperwork for someone else's property. When I contacted them about it, they initially ignored and then they acted like it was no big deal. There are too many closing attorneys in the RTP area to have to suffer through this firm's poor service. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
