After being "milked" out of over $10,000.00 for a marriage separation in Lincolnton I was a quite untrustworthy of lawyers but I needed one for purchasing a townhome. I called the office of Michael, Elting, and Anders and they were able to see me the same day. I met with Marie Anders and told her what and when I needed to finalize this purchase and she came through beautifully. She was very professional and personable. As for money, she didn't ask for any money in this meeting but did give me a breakdown on how much it would cost. I found this to be very reasonable ( especially with what I had just gone through at another law firm ).Because of the pandemic, both the seller and myself sit in our car and Ms. Anders brought clipboards containing our documents to each of us. She then went back in the office and had a three way phone conversation with us and we were able to complete the transaction through her guidance. She then came out and got such documents from us. For any of you ever needing a lawyer, give this firm an opportunity to serve you. Very good and pretty darn reasonable!!!!

They quickly adjusted to pending bumps in the road as we were selling and buying a new home on the same day. Our attorney explained everything on detail and had a positive, friendly attitude. This the second time I have closed a home with this firm.

We are in the middle of settling our parents estate and property. Everything seems to be going very smooth so far.

A bit pricey for their services, but money well spent.
