Mr. Donahue got my daughters speeding ticket in the OBX dropped to a non violation ticket. This saved her from getting points on her out of state license and also her insurance going up. He and his staff are very easy to work with and told my daughter everything she needed to do to ensure success. Everyone was helpful and kept in close contact with my daughter. Highly recommend if you get a ticket near OBX.

Mr. Donahue did another motion for appropriate relief On a consuming alcohol under the age of 21 while driving. 23 years ago I got this charge. He got all charges dismissed. So I am able to get my license. After 23 years of not having a Driver's license. I recommend him for any criminal case. Hes a very good attorney.
