It’s been 2 years since Carter helped represent my son and I in a custody case. He worked well with me and the evidence that I provided to obtain a 50/50 custody agreement. Even today when a question arises he’s there to answer questions and offer any legal guidance. Highly recommend if you’re in need of his services.

Bath house, decent parking and nice sized beach area

I just wanted to take moment to let everyone know what a great experience I had recently with the Donahue Law Firm. My granddaughter had been stopped for speeding on her way back home from Virginia. A search of her vehicle was conducted, and some drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana was found. The Donahue Law Firm took on this challenge and, in the end, the charges were dismissed. But it gets better. I also asked them if they could work to get my granddaughter's record expunged of the charges since this had been her first offensive and her career in the medical field depended on that. Once again, the Donahue firm was successful. I highly recommend Mr. Donahue and his team. They take the time to understand your situation and they work hard on your behalf. Thank you.

The Donahue firm was an excellent choice and I would highly recommend Daniel Donahue to anyone who needs to hire a lawyer in the North Carolina area. He was very professional and kept us up to date on the case and was great about answering questions and guiding us during this process. His wife who is his secretary was as well wonderful to deal with and if you called the office she was knowledgeable and kind and took care of any concerns that you may have had. Once I need my payment online, Dan Donahue contacted me promptly, once I explained my situation he was able to easily explain to me exactly how the process would work. Dan Donahue is a man of great integrity, he could have simply taken my payment and went to court and paid what was owed, instead he fought to have my fine reduced from 86mph in a 60mph, to 69mph in a 60mph zone.
