Good at communicating and explaining needed details

The staff at Ricci Law Firm are very professional. Whenever I call, text, or email, the prompted and very helpful. Alexandria Kensinger, Elisabet Gonzalez, Raheema Moore, Kourtnie Harold, Lynn Vandiford, Nikki(sorry I forgot your last name) are a great team of ladies. Thank you for for all the help y'all are giving me.

That office did not call me back

I am overwhelmed by all the professionalism shown by LeAnn and Lindsey!!! THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!!! I have worked with many lawyers before on cases in which 2 years seemed like 5 years, didn’t get the results I was expecting and it seemed as if I was doing their job. With Ricci Law Firm, even though my case was almost 2 years, it didn’t seem like it. They were on point with everything from meetings, phone calls, responses and getting my records and all. I LITERALLY DIDN’T HAVE TO STRESS OR LIFT A FINGER!!! Leann gave me the best advice and everything she told me she stood on that! Lindsey was always on time and on point. I pray that I don’t get hurt and have to go through a case again BUT if I do it will be RICCI LAW FIRM TO THE RESCUE!!! I would recommend them to anyone because they get the job done!!!They are very knowledgeable and will not waste your time!! Ny was great with keeping me in the loop. The only problem I didn’t really understand was getting charge for copies and the fact that I would have got more for my injuries if I had settle with the insurance company myself. Lesson learned but the team was very helpful

From the very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands!! Ms. Hunter Gentel is a great attorney!! She and my Case Manager Brandi Williams answered every single question or concern I had. Ms. Brandi NEVER let me question their dedication to myself or my case. Every call or message answered the same day, or first thing the next day, and I'm talking soon as the office opened!! When something came up that literally had me in tears, Ms. Brandi was able to calm me, reassure and get it handled with no worries at all! She definitely kept a few more strands of this hair from being pulled out or turning gray. Lol.....Even down to the front desk, Ms. Marsha and her team are extremely kind, and considerate and not once make you feel like you're bothering them or just another case. I truly cannot thank them enough for everything they have helped me through and done for me!! An amazing team through and through!! Thank you guys!!

From day one everyone that I spoke with at Ricci Law Firm were very professional and listened attentively to what I had to say. They were genuinely concerned and knowledgeable about my situation. My case manager and attorney calls to check in and to update me on the status. Lynn Vandiford also called to check in to see how I am doing and to see how things are going. Kudos to my team!

I even referred my niece to them. Hopefully, they do her better than they did me. They did a settlement. They end up with more money than anybody. And I am still paying for doctor bill. But, if they had told me what my case was worth before taking my it. I would not have wasted my time hiring them. Now, I’m stuck paying these doctor bills. I’ve never been in a position like this. I’m still in pain. Told them I had headaches from the accident. The doctor bills are not small amounts either. I have a company called SCA calling me. They were asking me to do a review before they even finish my case. I went through several case managers. I understand they have to get their money. I thought they were at least make sure my bills were paid. I should’ve just settled with my insurance company. It would’ve probably ended up being the same. I even told him to keep the little $4500 and send it to the doctors. The accident was not even my fault. I was the one hit. How am I being punished because he didn’t have any insurance. I didn’t want to do the review. But, they keep calling and emailing. So, here it is. I was always raised if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
