Not a good experience whatsoever... Came here to pick up a check for my wife (which was delayed on more than 1 occasion.) I was turned away and told she had to be the 1 to pick it up. WE'RE LEGALLY MARRIED! Make it make sense please?

I really love this firm, they handle all my legal needs at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. All I ever have to do is call or email them and tell them what I need and it's as good as done!!!

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS LAWYER. I am very disappointed with my experience at this law firm. I had two 30 minute meetings with the younger Richardson. His advice was not the problem. I listened to what he had to say and decided to pay him. He said I needed to pay $1000 to get started and I called and did just that. The total amount would end up being $6500 which would be paid in monthly installments set by a judge. I regrettably ended up paying $1800. Unfortunately, after almost a year my circumstances changed and I decided to not file bankruptcy. I politely called and requested a refund and was told I would only be getting a little over $400 back if I wasn't going to go through with using his services. (A little over $400 was all he put into the trust account he told me he would be putting the money into. Guess he spent the rest before he actually started the process). I felt as if he was taking such a large amount for two conversations in order to deter me from asking for the refund. He only advised me in those two meetings. He never had to go to court, file any paperwork, or anything else that would justify the charge of a little under $1400. That is hefty hourly rate. I was only able to speak with a receptionist who repeatedly told me she was sorry and that she completely understood why I would felt that it was not fair. I assumed he would deduct $500-600 for his two 30 min conversations. I feel like he basically robbed and there is not much I can do about it. This action represents why people are so wary of lawyers. When I do file I will absolutely avoid this law firm. I hope this post deters anyone that reads it. I do not wish that anyone else get taken advantage of like I did.

The most unprofessional law firm that I had the unfortunate experience to come across. I would highly advise anyone to not seek there office for any legal issues. I've had the opportunity to reflect on my initial review. I stand by everything that I typed. I was told during the consultation that my paperwork would be obtained by Attorney Richardson to determine if he would even consider taking my case, in which he didn't do. I even had to "refresh his memory" in regards to my case. As well as his fascination with a quote from the God Father movie as well as Attorney Richardson telling that "time is money ". This further implies this attorney's unprofessionalism as a lawyer. Initially I was referred to this law firm with the highest hopes of rectifying my wrongs as a young adult. Unfortunately Attorney Richardson represented everything negative that's labeled for an attorney which is very sad and unfortunate that this happened to me and probably others that seeked this law firm for legal representation.

I have used both Richardson attorneys in the past for assistance. They will shoot you straight. Very pleased with their quality, and they are very fair on hourly rates.
