Highly unethical law firm, who will talk to you like you are trash, after your deceased loved one's trusted them to handle their last will and testament. If I ever hear of a situation occurring over there, I will have a good idea as to why it happened. There are plenty of scum-bag attorneys to choose from in New Bern, your time and money would be better invested somewhere else.

I recently used this attorney's office for a home closing. It was a rather frustrating experience overall, characterized by poor communication, several misunderstandings regarding the "next steps", and a general lack of urgency on the part of the attorney's office. When we began the closing process this office had a paralegal named Ashleigh who was very good and prompt. All of the sudden she "disappeared" from handling the closing and Mr. Richardson III took over the paralegal responsibilities. It was evident that he was not familiar with the current status of our closing and at one point, I even doubted whether he had ever done a home closing before. He eventually came through, but this was after many unreturned phone calls from both me (the seller) and the buyer. Very frustrating, but perhaps they had some challenges going on that we weren't aware of; nonetheless, I would not choose to do business with this law firm in any capacity.

Outstanding work. They've represented me well and they've treated everyone I've referred with respect and honesty. They are adequately staffed so that my phone calls are always answered in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.
