I had a speeding ticket and forgot about it, when I dug it out to check the date I found out I was supposed to appear the day before. In a panic I called Mr. Long and he assured me he would head to the courthouse that day. I got a call that evening saying it was all taken care of, and the next day I got a call from his office to tell me that if I got a letter saying my license was suspended to ignore it and that every thing was good. I'm sure if I didn't call him and tried to handle it myself things wouldn't have gone well. I also like the fact that he is a former law enforcement officer. -Grateful in New Bern
