They have been very helpful & stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Letting me know what to do & not to do! All information given was accurate & the process did not take long & getting a court date did not either. Very professional company & willing to go above & beyond for their clients. I recommend that if you any assistance with bankruptcy please don’t hesitate on calling them.

I needed a lawyer for some financial dealings. Gillespie & Murphy in New Bern, NC were able to assist me and did an outstanding job walking me through each step and filing paperwork for me. Their clerk, Carol Jones, sat down with me and went over all the paperwork. I am very happy with the work they’ve done for me.

"I emailed Gillepsie & Murphy through their website on a Thursday night regarding. Perhaps through stress, I seemingly provided the wrong phone number. Nevertheless, Mr. Murphy personally emailed me early the next morning. Upon receiving Mr. Murphy's response, I called and Mr. Murphy personally answered the call. Mr. Murphy allowed me to share my concerns without interruption or unfair judgement. He listened to the complaint and asked targeted questions to clarify issues. Despite an issue not directly covered by the Gillepsie & Murphy, Mr. Murphy provided sound guidance (including benefits and costs of pursuing remedy), he offered appropriate alternatives, and he provided the name and number of another attorney who specializes in my area of concern. There was never a moment when I believed Mr. Murphy was rushing me off the phone. Moreover, I truly believe Mr. Murphy actually cared about my situation and about me as a person. In my situation, Mr. Murphy's kindness and thoughtfulness was immeasurably appreciated. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with my experience with Gillepsie & Murphy."

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism provided. We filed for chapter 13 after some very unexpected events. Mr. Murphy and staff explained the process and handled everything. We have had so many questions along the way and Mr.Murphy has always responded in a very timely manner. Our chapter 13 is nearing discharge and I can't thank this firm enough. With the help of Mr. Murphy we can now see light at the end of the tunnel. A big thank you is in order for making a very stressful financial situation somehow seem manageable.
