I reached out to Evan in regards to writing some business contracts for my marketing business. Evan worked with me being a small business owner who was not trying to spend a fortune. I retained the services of Mr. Rowe to negotiate and produce a land lease agreement between myself and a third party. Within two days of our initial discussion, I received a rough draft of the lease which included everything I had asked for plus several additional "suggested clauses", which were included in the final agreement. Included in the draft were suggested beginning dollar amounts based on research Mr. Rowe did of similar agreements. We fine tuned the agreement from his suggestions and with only (2) submittals for review by the third party, I had a signed lease. I am very pleased with the attention my request received from Mr. Rowe.
