I don't get information from the office when I call and if the lawyers get your messages I don't understand why if they don't have the time they can't simply go through the messages with the secretary and indorm her of the messages needs a response because people would rather have a negative response from the office than to feel like they don't matter and after all they do represent you or someone who you are quite fond of but if they have the clients permission to correspond with you about what is happening with their case they should at least inform us of the delay in a court date what they are hoping will be the outcome of their proposal but I will admit it's been a long time ago since I dealt with Mrs . Crump ton but she always kept her clients and there loved one's informed as best she could and she was a Johnson then but she represents her clients with the same vigor as paying and her court appointed clients ar least she did about twenty years ago it's another lawyer in the office I'm irrateded with and I would complain but who to it's her name on the door surely she expects a responsible job from everyone at the company
