Great place to get your legal things done

Love this firm. Attorneys are quick to respond and assist. They take such great care of my clients.

Do not retain Jim McNeill for your estate attorney. I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. I am a paralegal myself and have worked in various law offices over the years. In my 30 years of serving as a paralegal I must say that I have never been treated in such a manner. REPLY: I understand professional conduct. I was not asking anything that would jeopardize any "professional conduct". All I needed was a "brief" update that the personal representative would not give. She actually stated that she had not no knowledge of the status of the estate. This has been going on for almost two years and we as "heirs" have been left in the dark. I was an estate paralegal in North Carolina for over 5 years and was allowed to give updates without crossing any lines. In essence all I wanted to know is what the anticipated date of closing the estate.

They were into the case and up front with me.

Jim McNeill and his team including Lynn Murphy his paralegal are wonderful to work with for real estate home closings! They are prompt in responses, dependable, and always work my clients in for a quick closing.

The staff are very polite and easy to work with! I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
