I contacted them about an issue in March. After a few days of email back and forth I thought everything was good. When I reached out again to find out the status (after 3 weeks) I got no reply to voicemail or email. Today (2.5 months later) they called to let me know they wouldn't be able to assist me do to their large caseload.

Lack customer service skills, no responsibility when mistakes are made. No offer of water and heads up that there is little to no service inside the building.
They were recommended to my by my realtor.

They never bothered to return my call much less let me know if they could even help. This isn't like Mr Meachum . But he wasn't the one whom they said would call me back it was a lady whom I left the message with. She gonna cause y'all poor business
