I got a speeding ticket near Plymouth NC on the way to the Outer Banks. Of course I got a lot of letters from attorneys wanting to represent me. I chose Phelps Law because their letter was very clear about what I could expect and what they could do for me and how much it would cost. Their fee was very transparent and reasonable and from the time I first called them until I received a letter informing me how my case was resolved, the communication was clear and professional and accurate. I was ticketed for driving 75 in a 55 mph zone, which could have meant serious points on my license, but they got me to take a defensive driving course, which was actually quite good and informative, and my charges were reduced from speeding to improper equipment. I was very happy with their service and the outcome of my case, and the course has made me a more conscientious driver.

Attourney Phelps was the man for the job. I was referred to him by a family member. He was able to take care of someone dear to me, and was able to walk us through what they needed to do. Not only was it dismissed, but expunged off of their record. Second chances are possible when you have the right person representing you!
