Being able to be a female college athlete from my hometown of Plymouth, NC was one of the biggest achievement of my life! But one night all that was almost stripped away from me when i was given an underage possession of alcohol ticket (YIKES). This would've been on my record, and my future plans of joining the air force would've been over. But thank God for D. Cole Phelps and his Law firm. Cole got my case dismissed and i now have a clean record. Him and the law firm handled my case well, time efficient, and was able to answer any question i had. I feel as though ALL TEENS (others as well)should have attorney Phelps to represent their legal cases!!

Probably the worst attorney I've ever met. So unprofessional and unprepared. A complete waste of time and money for something I could have handled better myself. I will never do business with this man nor his office again and I advise all of those who are under Google to look further. This man will screw you into the ground and take your money with a smile!!!

He, as well as his assistant Latasha, took on my personal matter and had my issue resolved in a timely manner. I am beyond impressed and satisfied with my experience with Cole. My family and I were traveling to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for our annual family vacation. An officer gave us a speeding ticket and we received many solicitation letters from lawyers in the mail when we returned home. I received a citation for a traffic violation while vacationing in the North Carolina area. I am from Rhode Island and received a summons to attend court in conjunction with the violation. Apparently the tourism industry is contributing to the revenue for the State of North Carolina in a myriad of ways.
