Attorney Phelps is great!! While driving, I was hit by a state trooper in my passenger door and knocked off the road into a ditch. Attorney Phelps was the only lawyer I contacted who was willing to go against a trooper. I'm active duty military and my case started Feb 2022. He postponed several trials until we got what we wanted. He gave me updates regularly and talked through everything I asked until he was sure I understood. Today, May 2023, both my charges were dismissed. I could be more grateful for Attorney Phelps and his team. Being not just out of state, but clear across the country, appearing at court was not feasible. This law office was referred to me by word of mouth so I felt ease utilizing them. Bre'Onna, the secretary that handled me and my neediness, was exceptional. She is super patient and very informative. The attorney was able to substantially reduce my charges. The fees/costs are competitive but still may seem a bit steep to pay at first, but the money they save us in the long run (points, insurance costs) and the convenience of putting it all in their hands is WELL worth it. I HIGHLY recommend this attorney and his staff.
