If I could give 0 stars I would!! I called in regards to a case that Debbie Baker handled for my family in regards to the death of my father. Her secretary that took my phone call was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever encountered. She was very rude and hung up on me several times. She told me I was not a client of the office so me calling back after she abruptly ended our call was harassment. The nature of my call was to find out any information I could about my father's case. I am not the administrator on the case and I do not have any communication with said administrator. Yet I am the offspring of the man being represented by this law firm. Needless to say, I still have not received a call back from Debbie Baker yet. Return Call Update: I was contacted by Attorney Debbie Baker with the same attitude from her secretary. I informed that I was calling in regards to the entire case. I was told that I could call the clerk of court for answers pertaining to my dad's case. Attorney Baker says she is just the civil lawyer over the estate. When I asked about the civil case, I was told I am not an administrator on the case and therefore she could not discuss my fathers estate with me. But I could update my contact information for any possible disbursement. Wasn't the nature of my call, but thanks. I proceeded to inform her that her secretary hung up on me several times. She told me I had called several times and she didnt want to discuss the conduct of her employee because she had been there 20 years with no complaint. Doesn't excuse the fact that I was disrespected and mistreated. Goes to show the professionalism of this ENTIRE law firm. If I ever needed a lawyer, Debbie Baker wouldn't be a choice, let alone a consideration.

Very trustworty on top of her game i would refer her to anyone in need of an attorney.
