Coolidge Law Firm's main goal is to keep your record as clean as possible and Coolidge has the knowledge to do just that. I was on the way to turn myself in when I decided to give this law firm a call 3 years ago. Coolidge quickly reviewed my warrant, seen some inconsistencies and was able to have the charge lowered from felony to misdemeanor before I turned myself in. He even had a low priced bail bondsman on hand if needed. I did become frustrated due to the difficulty to set up a time to speak with Coolidge when my case was far out as well as the length of time that it took to get to trial in Superior court but that was the fault of the wake county court system. Coolidge took my case to trail and he done a fantastic job in the courtroom, even challenging the judge at one instance with proven cases to validate his point!!! Coolidge and Paul make a great team of attorneys while Johnathan and Eric perform a fantastic job supporting. Needless to say we won with a NOT GUILTY verdict and I'd highly recommend Coolidge Law Firm, especially if you plan to take to trial!!

I was dealing with reckless driving violations that I didn’t agree with. Paul Elledge took my case, he heard everything I had to say, he asked few questions, he even drove through the street involving my violation and agreed to the possibilities and limitation of what I have been accused off. Very frustrating experience the way they handled my traffic light violation ticket. During my first call with them I let them know that I have used PJC in an earlier case and paid them to get a a copy of my DMV record so they know how to handle my ticket in court. I had no idea that their strategy was to try getting continuances and betting on fact that the police officer would not show up on court date. All they did after couple of continuances is to plead guilty. If that is the outcome you get why you even need a law firm to represent you?

Could not be happier with the service that Attorney David Coolidge and his staff provided to my daughter. She was speeding very fast with her friends and had some alcohol in the car. I never thought I would need a criminal attorney but Mr. Coolidge managed to have the speed significantly reduced so that she kept her license and had the other charge dismissed. I only let her drive for work purposes right now but I appreciate that I'm not having to be her taxi service. Thank you to everyone at Coolidge Law Firm.
