I went to your law firm on a referral from another firm in regards to a civil matter. I was unaware at the time that your firm specializes only in criminal defense, the person I spoke with was clear that you all are criminal and I asked if he could provide any referral for a civil matter I'm dealing with. He left the desk for a while then returned with another contact to reach out that may help me. The contact he provided was again another firm that only focuses on criminal. No I don't know if you just choose to have incompetent people working for you at the front desk or you have deliberate unethical, and unprofessional staff on your team in which case if this is the way your employees choose to represent your firm then that may give one the motivation to question your ethical behavior while working with clients. Needless to say I was unhappy with my experience even though I was misled from another individual I would've at least expected some level of integrity and professionalism. I hope you all resolve this issue properly.
