I had a very positive experience with this firm. I had a traffic ticket, and called the law firm. I was able to speak to someone quickly on the phone and within 10 minutes I was able to get all of the information I needed. The attorney was able to get my traffic ticket reduced in court, so it did not impact my car insurance nor my drivers license! Very pleased!!

They took care of a speeding ticket for me. We did the entire thing online. They had the ticket dropped and gave me updates along the way. I would use them again!

Very satisfied with Cotten Law's expertise and customer service. It was very easy to set up services with the office staff (I remember telling my husband I was on the phone less than 3 or 4 minutes and it was taken care of!), and got an email very shortly after my scheduled court appearance to explain the outcome and next steps. I can't recommend Cotten Law Firm enough!

Cotten Law Firm asked only that pay their fee up front, unlike others. If the ticket is not dropped on court then I pay the fine. I felt that they actually worked in my interest. Hopefully there isn't a next time, but if there is I will call Cotten Law Firm.

Mr Cotten and his staff were fantastic! They kept me posted and up to date on everything in a very timely manner. I never had to wonder about the status of my case. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and all at a very fair Price$$$. Mr Cotten was able to resolve my legal issues in my favor with a positive outcome.
