There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe the extraordinary and thorough service my family received from TFWO law firm. After witnessing my nephew being convicted of a serious crime which he had not committed, and his facing 18-20 years of incarceration, I was on a mission to find the best legal representation to right this wrong. After researching many attorneys and reading many reviews, we reached out to Ms. Gladden to help us handle a dismissal and expungement for our 17 year old child. Within 48 hours of contacting her, the charge was dismissed and the expungement was filed. Needless to say, we are incredible grateful to her. I had probably been turned down by at least 12 attorneys who specialized in the expungment process before I finally got in touch with Emily through a referral (from where I don't remember) but she did more than just ask me the same 3 questions and tell me it wasn't possible. Emily took her time to reach out and talk to people in the legal system to see if there was any way to push forward my expungment process. She worked with me and explained everything step by step. She didn't look at me as a criminal which is how I feel like most people in the system do, she talked to me like a person and was very friendly, it didn't feel like just business. Very professional and her centrally located in downtown Raleigh across from the governors mansion.
