Matthew Minikus is an educated and experienced attorney, but what sets him apart is his passion and ability to fight in the courtroom. He was focused and confident as he presented my case, skillfully interviewed witnesses, and quickly objected to unfair statements. We were successful because of this but even more importantly is that he put in the work. We went to court four times, and each time he took me into a private room to thoroughly review the case. He examined it from every angle, over and over, until we developed a strong, truthful argument to present to the judge. In stark contrast, other attorneys simply waved to their clients, had a brief chat, and then spent the rest of their time socializing until their cases were called. It was off putting and sad how some professionals can be so indifferent. Please remember that if this is something serious don't just assume people are going to do the right thing. Call Matthew and talk to him for 15 minutes. A small amount of time to invest in your future. I'm sure you will be happy.

Chris Floyd is the best out there, hands down. He obtained the best possible outcome, getting all my charge dismissed then expunging it from my record! All I can say is thanks so much! He is so awesome at his job!

After calling and getting quotes from other law firms regarding a traffic citation, I decided to go with Kurtz & Blum, PLLC—I’m very glad I did so. Upon calling, I had all sorts of questions; the woman who answered my call said “let me see if there’s a lawyer here right now that can speak with you about your case,” and not even 1 minute later, I was speaking with Mr. Blum himself. He was so so so very thorough in explaining every single detail for each question I asked, and the best part—he didn’t get the slightest bit annoyed! We probably spoke with for a minimum of 20 minutes (probably longer), meanwhile Mr. Blum assured me that their team would do what was necessary for me to receive the best possible outcome. Mr. Minikus appeared on my behalf in court—the next day I received an email from the office manager, Ms. Melissa Cunha, that I had indeed received the best possible outcome for my case, along with enclosing every detail to ensure that I was knowledgeable on how to access, pay the associated court fees, and how much the total amount of fees I owed the court would be. I highly recommend Kurtz & Blum and I am extremely pleased with my experience!
