First, being seven hours away in a different state was causing me much anxiety thinking I would have to take off two days of work, find a place to stay in NC, and appear in court. Jeremy Cotten was able to alleviate my worry. Secondly, I was very impressed to talk directly with Jeremy Cotten and not some other associate in the firm. He spent time with me explaining the process for court, how his firm could represent me, and that I did not have to appear. On the day of the court hearing, I received a text message and an email letting me know that everything went fine in court and that the matter was over. For professionalism and peace of mind, this firm is A+.

When I received his notice in the mail, I called him, and I was not sure I wanted him to represent me in court. By the time I reached his law firm and I spoke to him, just hearing his voice is when I was sure I wanted this attorney to represent me in my case because he knew the spot and the area where I got the stop and the courts very well. He was fair, and his price was incredibly reasonable. He showed up in court, and he got my speed reduced, and no point was on my license as he stated he would try to do. The court system is corrupt, and if you don't know how to work around it, let someone who does it for you, so let Jeremy Cotten be that person.
