Very attentive, prompt and knowledgeable. I received several solicitations by mail from attorneys to help with my son's speeding ticket - Cotten stood out. We didn't know the legal costs or who would try and overcharge us. They are true to their advertisement. I spoke to someone by phone (pleasant and answered all my questions in 5 min.). My son did not have to go to court and our insurance rate will not go up! They cannot guarantee your end result but they definitely can tell you possible outcomes.
