Allegedly, I got clocked doing 59/35. Due to covid, and some personal health challenges, I had to put this on the back burner. I called and spoke with someone (I forgot her name) and she assured me they'd take care of it. My main concern was license points/increased insurance premiums. I received an email, the same day as my court date, telling me it's completed, I got a Prayer for Judgement, and I owe nothing more (I opted for the all inclusive package).
