Quite professional, prompt and easy to work with! Handled my ticket as best I could imagine! Literally couldn't have done it myself any better.

Easy and simple to deal with. Got me out of having to go to court for traffic ticket

I have been using Mr. Cotten for several years now for traffic tickets. He and his staff are easy to work with. I pay for him to take care of my ticket/court appearance and he is able to ensure that I don't end up with points on my license.

I called Cotten Law Firm to help me settle a speeding ticket from 2014 that had put a hold on my driving record with North Carolina and in turn putting a hold on me as well in my home state. I called completely lost for guidance, not sure what to do to even get the ball rolling. Ashley immediately responded to my inquiry email about the case and when I called the next morning to speak over the phone and provide more information, she was quick on the draw already looking up useful information for her and I in the situation. Within about 15-20 minutes I had peace of mind and confirmation that the next day in court Mr. Cotten would represent me and settle the issue. Sure enough, midway through the following day I had received a confirmation email from Mr. Cotten updating me on the final resolution of my speeding ticket which had been drastically dropped down to a minor in fracture with no further penalties on my driving record, history, or insurance. I have never dealt with such a quick and positive law firm, and am very grateful for the prompt resolution of the matter. I had read numerous reviews online before selecting a law firm a nd finally settled on Cotten, and would highly recommend them to anyone in the same situation as I found myself. I am more than pleased to have used them, hopeful I wont have to again in the future, but if I do I will hire them right back.

Wow. Take everything I've ever heard about lawyers and throw it out the window. I got a rather significant traffic violation (two really, in a single incident). I reached out to Kelly Law and for an affordable fee (not what I heard about lawyers) they represented me.... in my absence. What could have been VERY serious for me (lost license, explosion in insurance rates, etc) was handled by them without me ever stepping into the court room again. Prior to reaching out to Kelly Law, I went to court myself several times to beg and plead the DA and Judge to grant me a Prayer for Judgement. All refused to even listen to my request. The DA going so far as to say they were not "permitted" to talk to me. Kelly Law stepped in and waved a wand and I am effectively unaffected by my error in judgement for the cost of court fees totaling less than $200. Cannot recommend them higher. Can't express my appreciation enough.

Mr. Cotten and his staff are a delight to work with and very professional. I received updates and email communication in a very timely fashion and felt that I was a priority. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cotten Law Firm!!

Great experience! I got a speeding ticket going 15 over in Wake County. After receiving several letters from lawyers, I decided to call a few and see what my options were and which prices were the best. Of the maybe 4-5 places I called, this firm was the most friendly and personable. Definitely plus that they also had the cheapest price. A couple days after gathering quotes I decided that I would go with Cotten Law Firm. I was able to go online and look up my case number and pay my fees all at once. Once I paid and electronically signed to allow Mr. Cotten to represent me, I was e-mailed a case number for the firm and a receipt. The day before my court date I received an e-mail and phone call from the firm to get more of my personal information to pull my driving record. That was also a pleasant and friendly interaction as well. I was told that Mr. Cotten would e-mail me the results the next day after going to court on my behalf. Around 1:30 on the day of my court date I received an e-mail from Mr. Cotten himself with the results. My ticket was reduced to an "Improper Equipment" charge! My insurance won't be affected and neither will my driving record. Such a relief! Since I paid upfront he also handled the court costs and fines as well. I didn't have to go to court or even to the office at all. There's also an option to pay for his services upfront and then you can handle your court costs within 30 or so days of your court date if you can't afford it all at once, which is great. I would highly recommend this firm and will keep the information in case I need their services in the future. Although I hope I never will again...
