I paid a lot of money $3500 and was misinformed on the way my case would be handled. I ended up having 2 DWI in 2 separate counties and retained another lawyer for the other. I feel like I paid just to not appear in court and continuances. I ended up paying another $1,500 for my case to go to Superior Court once and then be sent back to district Court. I feel like that was way overpriced and had unknown I'm definitely wouldn't have went that route. So now I'm out about 10 grand and have both DW cases on my record, you do the math

Had a crooked police officer in Cary charge me with a hit and run and jeopardize my cdl's and Chris got the charges dismissed. He was very professional and worth every dime I paid him to get this unfortunate situation dismissed. He told me from the first phone call what he could do and the outcome was exactly as he said it would be. It's definitely nice to find honest people that actually protect the working class.

Mr. Detwiler and his staff were awesome from beginning to end. When I called to see what my sons options were for his traffic ticket, Mr. Detwiler was very down to earth and "real". He explained everything and gave us best and worst case scenarios. When I hung up I didn't feel like my son was just another case to Mr. Dewilder. I knew he would do his absolute best to get the best result for my son. He genuinely cares and does everything in his power to get a "win" for his clients. Thank You!!

It's been a while since Chris helped me, but I definitely should have written this review sooner.
While I was dealing with Chris, I was pretty rude to him. In spite of that, he always maintained a professional attitude and was polite and attended to my (overly demanding) needs as a client.
Chris is polite, patient, professional, and good at what he does. If you're looking for an attorney, you found the right man for the job.
