Hands down would use again if needed!

I’m so glad I hired Cotten Law firm to help with my traffic ticket. I did what I had to do for them and they definitely did for me! The law firm is also very affordable, I had to pay a little hiring fee, and the rest were just court fees. I will absolutely be giving Cotten Law firm a call again if I ever need representation, they were great!

I got a ticketed by an Apex police officer going 52 in a 35 in a business district recently and was concerned about the hit my insurance and driving record would take; 17 over is not a trivial speeding event. I got many letters from law firms offering all kinds of services and prices and was confused. I have never used a lawyer to handle a speeding ticket and usually just pay the fine but this was different so I did some research and narrowed the dozen or so firms down to around 4 and called them. Jermey Cotten was super nice, patient, and helpful. He explained all the options and recommended a strategy that made sense. Since I had a clean 5-year driving history he was confident we could plead it down to an “Improper equipment” violation so there would be no DL points or insurance hikes. Sure enough he was able to deliver that result and has probably saved me $1,600 in insurance hikes over the next three years. Hopefully I won’t need to use his services again for a while but if I do he’s the first person I’m calling. Thank you Jeremy and all your team for helping me manage this stressful event and delivering a great result. Highly recommended.

Was very affordable and effective.

Jeremy and his staff were very helpful in getting my daughters case resolved. It was especially helpful since my daughter lives in Goldsboro and the case was tried in Johnston County. Jeremy was able to answer my questions and explain the process to allow us to come to resolution.

Great Service! They handled my out of state speeding ticket without me needing to be present during court. It was reduced to improper equipment which carried no points off license nor increase in insurance. I was glad to have handled without much effort on my part. I did have to call for the results as they had taken down the wrong email address for me, but that was minor.

Mr. Cotten got 4 of the 5 traffic charges dismissed and the other charge was reduced that my son had received so no points on his license or insurance. He was very helpful from the time I called all the way through the process. I would highly recommend his services for any traffic issues you have in Harnett County. His prices are extremely reasonable.
