Jeremy professionally handled my out of state speeding ticket. I wanted to fly back to NC to appear in court myself but I instead saved myself the airfare and day away from work and family and...for the price of the court costs and his reasonable fees, I let him handle it. I am so happy that I did.
Due to my good driving record and his expertise, he reduced the charges and requested a Prayer for Judgment Continued (NC traffic term).
Very fair outcome with the state.

Absolutely great staff! Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They were even available after 5 by phone. I did not have to take any time off from work. We had a pretty tricky case. Cotten Law Firm was able to handle our issues without us going to court and my son was able to keep his license. Would definitely recommend Cotten Law Firm!

I had a speeding ticket that could’ve resulted in me losing my job as I’m a bus driver, but Jeremy got it down to an Improper equipment charge which carries 0 points and no increase in insurance... I pray to never need him again but if by chance I do I won’t hesitate to call him and I’d definitely refer him to others. If you have a lead foot keep Cotten Law in your speed dial 👍🏽
