Great response time and fulfilled all expectations to the fullest.

I had an old, outstanding traffic ticket. My sister, who is an attorney chose this law firm to resolve the issue after doing some research. My ticket was dismissed without additional fee within the week. I am so relieved. It cost me pocket change. The attorney followed up in writing to provide complete disposition of the case via email. I did not have to track it down like I did with other law firms that handled my traffic tickets in the past. Seriously, I am elated.

This was the 4th lawyer I called to handle my speeding ticket. They were the only ones to tell me that they could handle my case without any serious repercussions. It was maybe my bad day to get a traffic ticket. However, I was grateful to have the Cotten Law firm to handle my case on court date, and I don’t need to be present at the court. I was caught for (allegedly) speeding by a speed trap. Cotten Law Firm got the charge reduced to Improper Equipment at the agreed-upon rate. Low-touch, no hassles.

I thought the speed limit was 35 when it was 25 and was clocked at 40 mph. I spoke with a woman at Jeremy Cotton's office, she helped me within about 5 minutes. As promised, I received an email from Jeremy Cotton on my court date that he handled my ticket. I had the expected outcome. He detailed where to pay my fine in the email. This was taken care of in about 15 minutes total of my time. Thank you to his office from saving me the day out of work and all the stress. Hopefully I will not need their services again but I would happily do business with him again. I highly recommend him.
