The “only secretary of the office” as she said herself is extremely rude and dismissive. She told me because of their workload the office will only respond via letters no information on the phone. When i asked the lady her name she tells me she doesn’t have to give me that information and that she is the only secretary of the office. I told her how can she be employed in an office and speak to customers in such a tone yet not want to state her name? When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said it was Allen Dubois but he was not there. I told her I will be making a complaint on her attitude and she hung up on me. Someone needs to fire this lady because why are you even employed if you don’t want to give your name or any information to the community seeking assistance from your office? Quit your job girl clearly you don’t care for it!

I want to give a shout out to Mr Doug Kingsbury and Lacey Hansen they are an awesome team I have some serious things I had to work out in business and they helped me every step of that way. And I truly believe they got me the best outcome possible and I am on the straight and arrow and ready to go forward. Lacey stayed in touch with me and was there from beginning to the end thank you guys very much. Anyone that needs real help don't even think about calling someone else.
