Recently I needed the services of an attorney. I placed a call to Robert Domenico at Holzheimer Law Office, LLC. Robert was very gracious and accepted my request to represent me. He was very through in explaining the ins and outs of the case. He went to court to speak for me in the court room. As a senior citizen I put my trust in Robert. So, pleased I did not have to find my way to the Wake County Court House. During the waiting time my family gathered the requested documents. Once the documents were turned into the court my case was dismissed. Robert was very professional, caring and certainly did an excellent job representing me. I certainly recommend Robert and the Law firm.

Intelligent and compassionate!

Aside from high level criminal defense, Hiltzheimer Law also handles smaller cases with great results. I hired Robert DiDomenico to represent me in court for a speeding ticket at 15 over, and while I was expecting at best a reduction in severity of some sort, Robert successfully argued for the ticket to be dismissed entirely. Would recommend.

Where do I start...from the very first interaction, Robert from the Hiltzheimer Law Office, PLLC made me feel heard, believed, and for the first time since this happened, safe. Robert listened to my narration of the events and I could immediately tell that he was serious about defending me and seeing this through to the right decision. Robert completely followed through, keeping me updated throughout the process and was a forced to be reckoned with. Not only was my case dismissed, but Robert is seeking expungement on my behalf as well...free of charge. Ben Hiltzheimer is a great lawyer who gives great defense to his clients. During my experience with Ben Hiltzheimer as my attorney I saw him go to great heights to defend my case. He was my attorney for my dwi case since February. I have a cdl so my driving privileges was immediately suspended for a year by the dmv. Ben Hiltzheimer was able to get me my cdl license back in a week by getting the revoked charge on my license dismissed. Eventually he was able to get my dwi charge dismissed allowing me to continue to drive semi trucks. I am also hiring Ben to expunge my record. Ben is a great lawyer and recommend him to anyone.

Oh boy am I every so grateful for Robert. He helped reduce my traffic ticket so that I didn't get points on my license, possible suspension & best of all no increase in my car insurance.
