I got a criminal charge for the first time in my life. I sought out representation and found Ben in my search. I am very happy with the representation that I received. Despite the criminal justice system being slow and hard to get information from, he continued to follow up in a professional manner and did what he could to work with the DA's. Through out the process Ben answered all my questions, to the best of his ability, and kept me informed when ever he received new information. Through determination, we were able to get my case dismissed in a professional manner. I appreciate the work that Ben did and ,even though I hope that I will never need his help again, I would call him again for help.

From NYC, finding a lawyer in a state completely unknown to me was difficult…. Until I found Ben. I recently went through a DUI trial and was fortunate enough to have Ben representing me. From the moment I met Ben, I knew I was in good hands. Ben represented me in a Class A1 misdemeanor and from the outset he treated me with respect and truly listened throughout the whole process. He never pressured me into anything but made sure I understood each step. In the end he proved my innocence and helped me move on with my life.
