Company formation (esp C Corp) can be a bewildering process. Luckily, my cofounder knew of this firm through a prior startup. Their startup package was priced very reasonably for smooth navigation of the DE certification process, foreign entity registration, key incorporation documents / founder agreements, etc. Highly recommended for anyone starting a new venture who wants to ensure the initial steps are done correctly and painlessly.

I've had the guys at FourScore for several years assist my business legal needs. When I was ready to consider selling my business, they were always prompt and thorough in reviewing all the documents. They would identify things I should consider in the process. Finally the right buyer came along and they were right there. Ben Jacob assisted when I had 3 offers to sort through. When we were in due diligence, Ben was spot on in assisting me in making the right choice. At closing, the buyer was dragging their feet on a couple of issues that were important to me as the deadline for the documents to be signed and wire transfer approached. Literally one minute past the deadline, the buyer agreed to all my terms. I signed, expecting it to be rejected by the system as late, but it went through just fine.
