Russell Babb successfully represented me in the recent past. I am most impressed with his knowledge or what I might characterize as knowing his way around a courtroom. Russell was nothing short of exceptional. I consulted with & hired Russell the same day I had criminal charges brought against me. He calmly walked me through the next steps we would need to take together & then followed up with an email detailing those instructions for me less than an hour later. Long story short: I was facing multiple criminal charges & the DA's office was unwilling to negotiate any agreement at my first court date, which Russell handled on my behalf. He was able to push my next court date out a few months & gave me specific instructions to follow regarding mitigation efforts (i.e., community service hours, counseling, training/certifications, etc.) which would hopefully spur the DA's office to become more amenable to a reduction in charges. What's more, Russell again followed up with an email that included all of the instructions, as well as links to the resources, documents, etc. that I would need to complete & document my mitigation efforts. Finally, Russell achieved an outcome that I genuinely did not think was possible. I was facing at least thousands of dollars in fines, forfeiture of my DL, court-mandated community service, possible jail time, & more negative publicity in the news. All of the criminal charges against me were dismissed and I was able to plea to a minor infraction & pay the maximum fine of $50. Throughout the last 6 months, Russell has been calm, strategic, conscientious, & thorough in his role as my attorney. Furthermore, I'm still floored by how easy it was to communicate with him. I looked at my last 20 text messages, emails, VMs to Russell - he responded to every single one of them in less than an hour, including after hours and on the weekends. I didn't think it was humanly possible to be that good. Seriously, stop searching for an attorney. You're not going to find one better than Russell Babb.
