I hired Charles Ullman to represent me in my case against my abusive high conflict ex. During the consultation Charles said all the right things to make me feel supported and that he would fight for me. Once he had the retainer, he brushed off my ex's bad behavior and did not do what he could to protect my daughter. His fees mounted very quickly as you pay dearly for his time then have to repeat everything to his assistant, essentially paying twice. It appeared to me that he was going through the motions for the paycheck and didn't have his heart in it. I left his practice after approximately 3 months and am much more satisfied with my current attorney.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Charles Ullman and Associates. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. Its rare to have an entire workplace that is as dedicated and helpful as they are. During one of the most stressful experiences of my life they guided me every step of the way. I hired Charles to help me untangle a legal mess from another firm. After it was over, I sent him an email follow-up of how it eventually played out, along with why I had fired my next attorney in that case. I had wrongly assumed he might be interested in how the case finally turned out. I even followed up with a second email, but after having hired him and paid in full, he had bigger fish to fry than to even deign to respond to my email. Not even a terse, "Okay, thanks." Nothing. I found it rather insulting, and actually, ....surprising.

It is a great feeling walking into a courtroom with a superior attorney, and an amazing feeling walking out with a judgement in your favor. We went to court several times, and he won every time. He was fair and diligent in negotiations. The staff at Ullman and Associates are extremely intelligent, and will do a better job than any other firm you will find. They are all very honest in their billing. Do yourself a favor, and hire Charles Ullman before your Ex does.
