Mr. Cotten came highly recommended to me. I am more than satisfied with his services and prices. As I searched for an attorney to represent my 3 tickets I was unhappily with my consultation with all of the other attorneys. Not just with their pricing but their lack of concern. Mr. Cotten and his office were able to resolve my issue and concerns for significantly less and my outcome was even more than I could have ever expected. Now that I have experienced his services I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever get another ticket. Thank you Mr. Cotten.

They helped me a lot through this process and took care of everything in the best of ways for me the only thing I found slightly wrong was the communication was a little off where they didn’t always keep in contact but it was quickly fixed great law firm would highly recommend

Hi I am here to respond to the owner who replied to my review. First off nothing I said was false the morning of my court I called you guys multiple times and the call went straight to voicemail. So then I called the courthouse wondering if the attorney Jeremy even showed up for my court date and the guy talking on the phone told me not to worry because Jeremy cotton is always on top of his cases. So I don’t understand why you’re falsely claiming saying the courthouse was closed due to a funeral when they picked up my call around 10am on Friday September 10. Anyways I was expecting an email after 5pm and got nothing I kept refreshing my page and still nothing. So I waited till Monday to call and the phone still kept going to voicemail. Today I called from a different number and someone picks up and forwarded the email you sent me and it looks like the person who wrote my email down spelled my name incorrectly that’s why I never received the email. So I think you need to make sure your employees know how to write down clients emails correctly next time because I remember repeating it multiple times to her and she still found a way to mess up spelling my email. Thank you for helping me with my ticket but all this could’ve been avoided if whoever took my email spelled it correctly and if you guys never blocked my number because today as soon as I called from a different number she asked what my # was and I gave it to her and after I called from my number and it’s coincidentally started working again and the line was going through.

Everything was smooth until the day of my court date. I called them and all of a sudden it’s going straight to voicemail. I was in the dark for 5 days after my court date never received an email or call about my case until I called from a different phone number and coincidentally they pick up the phone and they asked for my number. I’m guessing I was blocked or something and after that phone call I called from my number again and suddenly it’s working after trying for 5 days which I’m guessing they unblocked my number. Other than that they were able to lower my ticket which I’m happy about but the communication was not good whatsoever after my court day. I emailed Ashley and Jeremy and never got a response from them.

Excellent lawyers! Caught two charges in North Carolina and I was more than worried. I contacted them and immediately I noticed the professionalism. Their services are very affordable. Communication was on point. They got my charges reduced and I still have my license.

Got a speeding ticket and they took care of the whole thing and got the ticket reduced so I didn't have any points on my license! 10/10 recommended
